How do I book a service?

You can book directly on our website on the Book page or contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability and receive a payment link.

How do I pay?

All bookings are confirmed with secure online payment by credit or debit card and are processed in USD. Cash payments are not accepted, except for tips.

Do I need to pay in full to book?

All services require full payment to confirm. For custom tours and multi-day bookings, we will send a unique payment link after details are finalized to submit agreed upon payment.

How far in advance should I book?

Book airport transfers at least 4 hours in advance and private driver or tours at least 12 hours in advance. Last-minute requests may be accommodated if coordinated directly via WhatsApp.

What happens after I book?

Once payment is received, our driver will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm pickup time, location, and any special requests.

Where do pickups take place?

We offer pickup from the airport, hotels, villas, and any agreed-upon location across Zanzibar.

What if you can't accommodate my booking?

If we can't accommodate your booking for any reason, we will message you within 6 hours of booking submission and a full refund will be processed in 24 hours to original payment method.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times when possible, so please share your flight details when booking.

Is tipping required?

Tipping is not required but always appreciated and goes directly to your driver.

Can I customize my tour or itinerary?

Yes, custom tours are designed around your interests, schedule, and travel style, and we handle all coordination.

Are entrance fees and activities included?

Entrance fees and activity costs are not included; they are paid separately directly to the vendor or company we arrange for you.
